Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you are responsible for providing:
- The correct source image
- Clear instructions
- Preferred file format
- Specific dimensions
- technical requirements
If the information provided is incomplete, we will contact you for clarification before beginning the work. An order could be delayed when we are waiting for required information, files, or approval from you.
Pricing
Our mentioned prices on the “Service and Pricing” page are starting prices. The actual price will vary depending on the complexity of the image. Also, the requirements of a particular project will affect the price. A custom quote will be provided when a project is accepted.
Payment
Payment terms will be communicated during the ordering process. Work will begin after the required payment confirmation has been received. It will depend on the order arrangement.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. We have the right to pause and cancel work when payment has not been completed as agreed.
Source Image Limitations
We make our best efforts to create a vector version accurately. The quality of the source material affects the final result. A heavily pixelated image could not provide enough information to reproduce every detail exactly.
Where necessary, we may use design judgment to reconstruct unclear areas. If exact reproduction is important, provide the highest-quality source available with clear instructions.
Project Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation eligibility will depend on the stage of the project. If most of the work has already been completed, a full refund won’t be available.
If an order has not been started, we could consider a cancellation according to the applicable payment arrangement.
Refunds
Refund requests are considered based on the circumstances of the individual order. Because vectorization is a customized digital service. Completed work will not be eligible for a full refund.
If you think the completed order does not meet the agreed requirements, provide details of the issue. We will review the matter to resolve it.
Customer Delays
We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the customer.
